Woyld Scan — process audit

Process analysis — the foundation of sound decisions

In 10 working days, we produce a map of your company’s processes and a list of automations ranked by return.

Report scope

A report that is an action plan, not a presentation

We go beyond a general diagnosis. Every part of the report leads to a specific decision: which processes to automate, in what order, and what business impact it will bring.

01

Process map — how work really happens

We describe not procedures but the team’s actual work: where data is retyped manually between systems, where it waits for an email reply and where information gets lost.

02

The cost of every bottleneck

We convert lost hours into money. This shifts the conversation about automation away from technology and towards return on investment.

03

Automations ranked by return

Specific processes to automate, ranked by fastest payback. For each one: estimated savings, implementation complexity and the prerequisites for starting work.

04

AI only where it makes a difference

We identify processes where artificial intelligence genuinely supports the work: reading documents, classifying requests, preparing quotes. We do not use AI where the business outcome does not justify it.

05

Implementation plan with pricing

A schedule of phases with transparent pricing for each. You know the scope, timelines and costs before making any implementation decision.

06

The report belongs to you

No further commitment. You can implement the findings with us, with your own team or with another partner. The quality of our work is reason enough to continue together.

How the audit works

Ten days, four stages

01

Team interviews (days 1–3)

We talk to the people who do the work, not just the management board. At this level you can see how long it really takes to issue an invoice, process an order or prepare a report.

02

Data and systems analysis (days 3–6)

We analyse the systems, spreadsheets and mailboxes the work flows through. We measure volumes: the number of documents, orders and requests handled each month in every process.

03

Costing losses and designing solutions (days 6–9)

We set time and errors against costs. For the most cost-effective automations, we design the solution: what the system takes over, what stays with the team and how the transition will work.

04

Report presentation (day 10)

We go through the report with you — process by process, figure by figure. The meeting ends with a plan, a quote and a clear recommendation for the first steps.

Outcome

What the audit delivers — and who it is for

Every finding goes into the report in the same format: process, estimated loss, implementation priority. Instead of generalities, we present concrete data you can base a decision on.

We recommend it if…

  • Your team spends time on repetitive manual tasks and retyping data.
  • Your organisation uses several tools that are not integrated with each other.
  • Your company is growing and Excel-based processes can no longer keep up.

We advise against it if…

  • You already have a clearly defined, single project — in that case the right step is a quote, not an audit.
  • Your company is very small and one person knows all its processes inside out.
  • The lowest price is your only criterion — an audit is an investment in making the right decisions.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How is an audit different from a free quote?

A free quote answers the question of what a defined scope will cost. An audit answers an earlier and more important question: what your organisation really needs and what will bring the greatest return. It is analytical work by our team on your processes and data — which is why it is paid, and why its outcome has real value.

After the audit, do we have to implement with you?

No. The report and implementation plan belong to you and can be delivered with any provider. Most clients continue working with us — because of the value of the plan, not contractual obligations.

How much does an audit cost?

The price is fixed and known before work begins — it depends on the size of the company and the number of processes analysed. We set it during a short introductory call, free of charge and with no obligation.

How much of our team’s time does the audit take?

We schedule interviews so as not to disrupt day-to-day work: individual meetings of 30–60 minutes with a few people. We carry out the rest of the work ourselves — using the data and access agreed at the outset.

Our company has a specific profile. Do you know our industry?

We have worked with e-commerce, fashion, logistics and freight forwarding, and accounting, among others — these are the sectors where our best implementations were delivered, such as process automation for a freight forwarding client. The audit method itself is universal and works regardless of industry.

Order an audit

First step: a 20-minute call

Please tell us briefly what your company does and which processes take up the most time. In reply, we will set out the scope and fixed price of the audit.

We process your data solely to respond to your enquiry.
